Order Process

At this time we can only ship products inside the continental United States.


SHIPPING METHODS

We ship all packages economy or ground via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Mail. Large items may be shipped by freight carrier. Tracking information will be provided for each order. If you need faster shipments, please contact us.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and per-authorized your credit card for the purchase or confirmed payment through PayPal. As soon as we receive your order we confirm with our warehouse your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges, submit the order for shipment and send you a confirmation your order has been processed.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

If your item is on back order or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail to update you on status. You have the option to wait until the back ordered item is available to receive the entire shipment or remove the back ordered item and ship the remaining items. We can ship the back ordered item when it arrives however you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS

If an ordered item has been discontinued or no longer available before we have an opportunity to remove it from the web site, we will inform you, remove the item from your order and apply a credit per the payment method used for the full amount of the item including any applied taxes. Your remaining items will be shipped as normal.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We will only accept order cancellations within 24 hours. Any order paid for by debit/credit card cancelled before it ships out are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped, then you may return your order per our return policy.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (more often sooner). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@neweraprepper.com.

DELIVERY TIME

Every effort is made to get you your order in a timely manor. Transit times provided by the shipper are not guaranteed by New Era Prepper. Delivery dates and times may be increased during seasonal peak times, weather conditions, natural or man made disasters and acts of God. Under no circumstance are these delays grounds for an order being cancelled.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

The customer is responsible for any fees assessed after the item is shipped. If your shipping information is incorrect at the time of order, you will be charged a $15 fee for each box shipped to change the address. Items that are refused delivery or deemed undeliverable are eligible for a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the ALL shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. The customer will also be responsible for shipping costs should we need to reship your packages.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Any product that is over 75 lbs. in weight or has a combined length and girth exceeding 84 inches is considered overweight / oversized and may be considered common freight. All freight shipments are shipped via a common freight carrier. Freight shipments are shipped dock-to-dock unless otherwise requested. If any special services are required, the customer must inform us at the time of placing the order or be subject to additional freight fees. Special services such as lift gate service, inside delivery, residential freight shipments or appointments necessary may be an additional cost to the customer after checkout. The customer understands that any additional services that are required after the product has shipped are completely the responsibility of the customer to pay.

The customer understands that they must also be able to receive the shipment when it’s delivered. Freight companies charge a minimum of $125.00 fee if they are required to attempt a re-delivery if the shipment was unable to be received and no one was there the receive the order. If the customer can not receive the shipment for over 1 day, freight companies charge $50.00 per day to store each pallet that was unable to be delivered. The customer understands that they are responsible to pay any of these additional fees if they do not abide by the rules listed herein.
